Faster Agent Injector cosfile replacements

-*!!!BACK UP YOUR ORIGINAL COSFILES FIRST!!!*-

These cosfile replacements speed up the slow DS agent injector to both
inject agents faster, and to allow you to click through the agent list faster.
Be careful not to click through the list too quickly, or you'll wrap back to the beginning,
which will cause the game to lag more when going through pages. If this happens, simply
exit the agent injector screen and enter it again to reduce the lag.

HOW TO INSTALL:
Extract the zip archive and move the two .cos files into your 
Docking Station/Bootstrap/010 Docking Station and replace the existing files.
