Allows you to use a speech bubble command to reduce any agent with a classifier beginning with 2 (critters, bugs, etc.) by 50%. If the butterflies have taken over, for example, you'd just type "kill half 2 13 1" and instantly half the world's population of butterflies would vanish. (Fortunately, these aren't Chinese butterflies, so you don't have to worry about the old age. I hope).
