Description

Allows you to update your population limits in Creatures 3 by updating "C3_Max_Norns" "C3_Max_Creatures" is double the number of "C3_Max_Norns" Keep that in mind when you play with Grendel and Ettin selection ON

Also allows you to turn the voices of Creatures off and on.

Now updated to work properly!
