Description
The Paper Doll Norn is a genetic breed created by The Albian Essence Development Team and released during the 2007 CCSF. These norns have color mutations that leave them completely white for their entire lifetime, giving them the appearance of a "paper doll cutout."
This one is using the Butterfly Norn.
