Description
This vendor dispenses small flasks that Toxic Norns really like to drink from. (The flasks are classified as manky.) The vendor can be activated, but it can also vend flasks automatically over time. If there's 15 or more flasks near a vendor at a given time it'll stop vending.
Update 1.1: Fixed an error that occurs when the vendor is triggered while being carried. (Invalid map position.)
