Replace all these files in your ../Creatures 3/bootstrap/001 World folder. Then press Control+Shift+C and type;
ject "ant.cos" 7 ject "bee.cos" 7 ject "Butterfly.cos" 7
and so forth
Or you can just make a new world.

2. Information
Whew, where to begin. Suffice to say that there were a lot of things to fix. A couple of things I want to note.
The carrots are fine. Their only problem is winter, so if you want carrots all year long, you'll have to turn up the heat. If you have toxic creatures in the room, the carrots will disappear, as they'll eat the detritus as well.
If you turn the Toilet Control on (press Control+Shift+C and type; meta 5 1 1 1), there will be a lot more detritus for your creatures to eat.
Butterflies will die out at the beginning, this is normal. There is a second batch waiting to be hatched when the flowers are in bloom.
The stability of the ecology can change depending on the amount of creatures in the room, and their diet. That's what the seed bank is for.
