The "Normal Version" of this COS just has the live birth scripts in place.

The "Boundless Love Version" allows homosexual and/or interspecies kisspopping to take place, in addition to live birth. Females can get each other pregnant from this.

Both versions should disable the seasonal gender bias, and since babies are generally much bigger than eggs, giving birth gives double the egg laid stimulus.

!DS_game variables.cos sets the egg limit to zero instead of four in new worlds. Without it, the population limit will be what you have set, plus four.

KNOWN BUGS

Male creatures were originally intended to be able to get pregnant with the Boundless Love COS, but for some reason, it just doesn't happen.

Both versions of the COS look at the breeding limit plus the egg limit instead of just the breeding limit when determining whether or not to get a creature pregnant, hence 
the replacement game variables COS.
