-----------------------------------------------

Meaning of Citizenship:
This splicer(and my other COBs to be released in the future) requires the variable OBV0 of creature to hold the "moniker value" which is not normally accessable thru C1-CAOS commands.
I am coining the term CITIZEN to mean those creatures that have been born in a world that has been so modified as in the splicer COB.

Citizenship is determined at the time of Egg Laying or Birth if using the non-egg patch(BirthCitizen.cob); if egg was layed before appling the Splicer COB it will be an ALIEN

Citizenship is universal; you may export a citizen and reimport it in any other world using the citizenship modifications and it will be recognized as a CITIZEN.

Creatures may be "naturalized" as instructed at the end of this document.

Citizenship can be checked thru the splicer itself(see Splicer function explaination below).
-----------------------------------------------

Splicer Functions:
There are 2 spots for the user to activate(left click).
1st [Load]-normal condition(also used for displaying status of creature/splicer)
This will load whatever creatures are directly infront of the
splice(light blue area) into the splice compartment(cabin).
For those that do not use DOCTOR; those that do can just drop it in the cabin.
[Alien]-status of one or more creatures in the cabin when "Splice" was activated
means that one of the creatures isnt a CITIZEN and will have to be
"naturalized" before the splicer can splice it`s genes.
You can load/drop 1 creature in and click "Splice" to determine
	 if its a Citizen(monogen)/Alien.
[Crowded]-status of splicer which has more than 2 creatures loaded when "Splice" was activated
  [Monogen]-status of splicer only one creature was loaded and it was a CITIZEN;
Alien will be displayed if the one creature loaded was not a citizen.

2nd [Splice] use to start the splicer functioning, testing citizen status
other than loading the splicer this IS the button area to activate

Cabin Notes:
Creatures that are loaded will be displayed in the light blue area which is higher than the splicers footings. I advise to position the SPLICER slightly above ground level. It can be repositoned only thru "SHIFT-LEFT CLICK" method.
NEVER move the Splicer with a creature loaded it will get stuck at that verticle level(wont drop to ground level); If using DOCTOR no problem but for those with the aversion it will cause a big problem.
Dont name the Splicer for creatures; it is not visible/namable but because of the vehicle cabin a norn my appear to be looking at it(norn veiw window), the norn is in truth looking at another object through the cabin as if it where a window. norns do this with all lifts and vehicles so when naming them make sure the are looking at the "hotspot buttons" not the cabin area. AGAIN DONT name the splicer they cant see it.
