1.USING GENEDIT

When you first start GenEdit, You will see the main window. On the lower side of the
window, there are various buttons that will allow you to manipulate genes and genome files.
The functions of these buttons should be self-explanitory. To load a genome, select
'File->Load Genome' from the menu or press the 'Load Genome' button. After Selecting a genome
file, you will see a list of genes in the main window. You can edit these by selecting the
gene and clicking 'Edit Gene', or by double-clicking the list itself. You can edit switch-on
time, Mutability, and other header data by clicking 'Edit Header'. You can delete a gene by
clicking 'Delete Gene', and create new ones by clicking 'New Gene'.

2.GENOME UTILITIES

In the 'Genome' menu there are a few utilities that help in counting genes, injecting
eggs, and moving and resizing brain lobes. 'Map Genome' displays a list of all the gene types
and remaining genome space. 'Inject Egg' lets you put an egg in Albia, providing Creatures is
running. 'Map Brain' will display a map of all the brain lobes. Clicking and dragging a brain
lobe will allow you to move it. Clicking and dragging in the lower right corner will allow you
to resize it.
