SUBMARINE SWS

This COB is to remedy a defect in a small number of AMC Class 2 submarines
that led to them taking on water and sinking. 

Pressing INJECT will check whether your sunken submarine is salvagable and 
if so bring it to the surface and upgrade the window sealant. If your 
submarine is too far down then a replacement will be provided.
This COB will not increase the number of submarines in your world, although
some submarines deemed beyond help sometimes return.
