Plant agents all updated to version two

Miniapple Tree
Kumquat Tree
Passionfruit Vine

Fixes:
Took care of problem with too many fruits being produced and potentially slowing down 
worlds run on slower machines.
Plants will now produce x amounts of fruits then wait till more are needed (due to 
being eaten or rotting) before producing more.
